Aspire Programme

Where do you want to be in 4-6 months time?

This programme will tailor your personal goals and ensure that you push past these goals to achieve the results you want. Weekly clinician support either face-to-face or remotely throughout the course. This will include an initial 16-week Saxenda® medication course, access to the EXI exercise app, dietician and clinical support.

Wellness Programme

This programme is designed for those who want a health boost or wellness aspect to their programme. This can include women’s health concerns, Type 2 Diabetics looking to reverse their diagnosis and those who are suffering from mental health or respiratory issues due to their physical condition or appearance. The programme will include a 50% discount on 12 monthly courses of B12 Vitamin injections and IV Vitamin Supplement Therapy. A blood screening test is also included in the initial consultation.

Encourage Programme

Where the patient feels like they would want the support of a family member or a friend throughout this process. CMG will offer the initial 16-week programme at 50% off for the second person. Both will have access to the clinically validated exercise programme, the EXI exercise app, and training and goals will be set with both people in mind. Both also have access to 30% off Aesthetic treatments.

Renew Programme

This programme is designed for those who have an aesthetic goal for the final outcome of the process. Included within the programme is a 16-week Saxenda® course including 18 pens, access to the EXI exercise app and a free Aesthetic Botox or Fillers consultation, plus 50% off Botox treatments for 1 year (3 appointments 4 months apart).
